What you will do Support the management of a portfolio of products to deliver key metrics including net sales, share, and margin objectives across the Southern Europe HUB. Take ownership of specific marketing projects and results within the marketing team. Main Responsibilities Lead a defined portfolio of products to achieve net sales, margin, profit, and share targets. Communicate all risks and opportunities within portfolio responsibility on a timely basis to the marketing manager. Handle legal approvals and country localization with external agencies. Develop 'path to purchase' plans, specifically Brand Activation and Shopper Events. Ensure timely communication with key internal team members regarding the portfolio (Retail Marketing, Customer Development, Customer Services & Logistics, Finance, Consumer Affairs, Consumer Insights, Divisional Marketing). Develop the annual brand plan for the portfolio and ensure full customer consensus. Implement growth plans within the own portfolio. Coordinate cross-country market analysis and insights gathering. Lead the development and approval process of product artwork across SE Hub. Master's or Bachelor's Degree in business or related field. Proficiency in Italian, English; Spanish is a plus. Previous experience in Consumer Marketing is preferred. Skills: Analysis/Decision Making, Consumer Focus, Partnership & Collaboration, Encouraging Experimentation, Driving Innovation. Knowledge in Business & Financial Analysis, including Nielsen market analysis, is advantageous. Open to international career paths, mobility, and experiences in different markets.
