You will join a team of insurance professionals with powerful analytics and market insights, helping clients identify, quantify, and manage exposures to reduce their total people risk costs.
Marsh seeks candidates to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team as a Sales Executive based in Milan or Rome.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing the Employee Benefits and Welfare business in the assigned area and collaborating with Mercer to create a cohesive MMB value proposition;
* Designing a sales plan to pursue growth opportunities, implementing insurance and service solutions;
* Achieving sales goals through presentations, calls, and meetings;
* Serving as a focal point for client relationships and managing the prospect pipeline;
* Managing sales campaigns, creating proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address complex needs and communicate MMB's value;
* Participating in industry events to build a professional network;
* Growing the business in partnership with local offices across Italy and with Marsh McLennan entities, identifying new clients.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics or related field;
* 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales/business development within insurance companies or brokers;
* Extensive knowledge of Health & Benefits insurance products;
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
Preferred qualities:
* Strong interpersonal skills;
* Systematic and pragmatic approach;
* Ability to manage workload and prioritize;
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
