Cynet is seeking a talented, passionate, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Engineer in Italy to support its Business Development activities in Italy and Eastern Europe. The primary responsibility is to drive and manage the technological evaluation stage of prospects, working closely with the sales team as a technical adviser and product expert. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technically oriented prospects throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate technical requirements in the sales process. Become a trusted advisor for prospects and partners. Conduct business and technical needs discovery, technical demonstrations of Cynet solutions in face-to-face meetings and web sessions. Present the Cynet solution to prospects at meetings, events, and webinars. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/Ps. Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams. Design and implement solutions based on customer requirements. Deploy and implement Cynet solutions, from planning to installation and issue resolution. Understand the Attack lifecycle and how Cynet solutions address security challenges. Demonstrate and position Cynet products relative to competitors to various stakeholders, including C-Level executives. Requirements Pre-sales experience in Security, specifically Network or IT Security solutions. Knowledge of security industry trends, products, and solutions, including IT governance, risk management, endpoint solutions, and compliance. Understanding of Endpoint Security and the Attack Lifecycle. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to understand and discuss business problems of C-level executives and propose solutions. Experience working with sales, pre-sales, Product Management, and Support teams. Strategic technical selling skills and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities. Experience with cloud-based endpoint security solutions and architecture. Nice to Have Pre-sales experience in Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR. Experience in attack simulation. Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, API). Experience working in Eastern Europe and/or Iberia. Spanish language skills are an advantage.
