Leading company in northern and central Italy in the building materials sector,
currently strengthening its sales team,
has entrusted us to select a / a candidate.
The ideal candidate is around 35-40 years old, has a basic technical education (e.g., surveyor or technician), and has extensive experience in selling technical building products. They are familiar with local companies and accustomed to visiting construction sites.
This has given them a genuine understanding of market dynamics and interactions between design studios, companies, project managers, applicators, and distributors of building products.
The candidate should be bright, communicative, relationship-oriented, result-driven, and able to work independently within an organized entrepreneurial company that minimizes unnecessary bureaucracy.
Reporting to the Sales Director Italy, their role will be to manage existing clients and develop new opportunities.
A regular employment contract is offered, with a compensation package (fixed + variable + company car, etc.) commensurate with experience.
Residing in the Milan area is required.
