About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by capturing new opportunities, developing existing customer relationships, and improving market share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capture new business opportunities through effective networking, market research, and lead generation.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention rates and increase sales.
\
3. Analyze market trends, competitors' pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
\
4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
\
5. Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring timely payments and reducing bad debt.

6. Foster 100% customer satisfaction through pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.
\
7. Contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow improvements through successful execution of sales targets.

8. Collaborate with marketing teams to support brand image improvement and communication efforts.
\
9. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging technologies.
\
10. Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements
\
To succeed in this role, you will need:

11. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Electrical, Power, or related fields.
\
12. Strong understanding of the distribution PV market, including its dynamics and challenges.
\
13. A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
\
14. Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
\
15. Experience working for multinational companies, with a global mindset.
\
16. PV technical background is a plus, but not required.
\
17. Positive attitude, self-driven, diligent, and a team player.
\
18. Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to influence different customer levels from procurement teams to C-suite executives.

19. Able to learn quickly, think strategically, and adapt to changing market conditions.
