**Job Title**: Technical Sales Manager - Service
**Location**: Cinisello Balsamo (MI)
**Responsibilities**:
- Realization of service offers, technical specifications and commercial parts
- Costing offers
- Comparison with the customer to find solutions for revamping presses / forges / ring rolling mills for existing plant
**Technical Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the Sevice of industrial plants in one or more of the ferrous and non-ferrous metal extrusion, forging, lamination of flat or long products or other sectors related to the heavy steel industry (continuous casting, blast furnaces, etc.)
- Knowledge of problems with customers (plant start-up, solution of acceptance problems, service issues)
- Basic PLC automation systems kowledge
- Excellent knowledge of field instrumentation for process measurement
- Excellent knowledge of electrical calculation (sizing and choice of electrical equipment)
- Good knowledge of the main CAD systems (AutoCad, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Office systems
- A good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a preferential factor
