We support new Sellers from launch to removing blockers and setting them up for success through various programs and tools.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit Sellers and manage Seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon.
* Manage and drive the growth of Sellers’ businesses by expanding selection and capitalizing on key opportunities.
* Lead key initiatives and projects: Launch new products and extend relationships by collaborating with business development and onboarding teams.
* Assist Sellers in improving operational aspects to enhance the consumer experience.
* Identify prospects, communicate value propositions, and establish long-term partnerships.
* Track and report performance metrics to achieve productivity and satisfaction targets.
Key job responsibilities:
* Recruit and manage Seller relationships, advocating for their needs.
* Develop and execute sales strategies with Sellers for success.
* Lead initiatives: product launches, value communication, and partnership development.
* Collaborate with Sellers and stakeholders to capture Voice of Seller insights and improve consumer experience.
* Utilize data to track, report, and meet performance metrics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* B2.2 or C1 Certification in Italian Language, Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business), and 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Interest in e-Commerce and online business.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for customer experience.
* Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* B2.2 or C1 Certification in Italian, Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and 3+ years of sales experience.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Interest in e-Commerce and online business.
* Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Creative, analytical, and mature problem solver.
