This highly application‑focused role requires strong understanding of refrigeration systems and customer applications. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a technical interface between customers, OEM RD teams and internal engineering functions, supporting projects from specification and system design through commissioning and lifecycle support. /li liSupport the internal NPD process and act as the central technical contact between OEM RD teams and internal engineering teams. /li liCreate, structure and maintain high‑quality technical documentation supporting field applications. /li liProvide technical support during specification and refrigeration system design activities. /li liAssist customers in selecting appropriate refrigeration and HVAC equipment based on technical and operational requirements. /li liConduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support throughout the sales process. /li liDeliver ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle. /li liSupport implementation, commissioning and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems. /li liBuild strong relationships with high‑profile customers through regular engagement and customer visits. /li liStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging refrigeration technologies. /li liCollaborate internally with other Technical Sales Engineers to share technical knowledge and field experience. /li liFor senior‑level profiles, participate in account planning sessions and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience within refrigeration, cold chain or commercial cooling applications. /li liStrong understanding of how refrigeration products are applied within customer systems and end‑user environments. /li liExperience supporting OEMs, contractors, end users or competitors within the refrigeration market. /li liStrong customer‑facing communication and technical problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to provide both remote technical support and onsite customer engagement. /li liFluent Italian language skills are essential. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer. /li liExperience supporting strategic or high‑profile customer accounts. /li liAbility to work autonomously. /li liExisting network within the Italian refrigeration or cold chain market. /li liRemote candidates should ideally have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. /li liCandidates located near Saronno or Belluno would be advantageous, although remote working can be considered for the right profile. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pFlexible and competitive benefits plans provide options to meet individual or family needs, including flexible time off, parental leave, vacation and holiday leave. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pCopeland is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
