We constantly push towards new solutions and drive innovation in our products and services. /p pOur diversified business portfolio, strong presence across the full range of commercial vehicles, complete powertrain offering, and focus on advanced sustainable solutions make us a global leader in the transport and commercial vehicle industries, serving customers around the world. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE: /h3 pAt Iveco Group, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high‑performance products that support our customers’ mission in every condition. /p pThe role acts as the interface between Quality, Engineering, Platform, Manufacturing, and Service organizations to monitor product behavior, drive continuous improvement, and secure customer satisfaction. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor battery performance and quality KPIs across development, production, and in‑field operation /li liAnalyze field data, warranty cases, and returned components to identify emerging issues, trends, or deviations /li liLead structured problem‑solving activities (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA) to ensure robust root cause analysis and effective corrective actions /li liSupport design reviews and validation activities by providing quality insights and product behavior assessment /li liCollaborate with Engineering to evaluate design updates, software improvements, and performance enhancements of the Driveline product line /li liInterface with Supplier Quality and Manufacturing teams to verify process stability, component conformity, and compliance with Iveco Group quality standards /li liContribute to the release and maintenance of quality documentation, including control plans, validation requirements, and technical reports /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement and support Iveco Group’s commitment to quality excellence /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields /li li2–5 years of experience in automotive/powertrain quality roles /li liExperience with quality methods (8D, FMEA, SPC) and automotive quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) /li liAbility to analyze large datasets and interpret test results /li liStrong analytical mindset, problem‑solving orientation, and attention to details /li liEffective communication and ability to work in cross‑functional teams /li liProactivity, ownership, and continuous improvement attitude /li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
