Job Description:
The Loacker New Channels team is looking for a passionate individual in eCommerce and digitalization, eager to develop professional and technical skills from both a commercial and operational perspective.
YOUR TASKS
1. Collaborate in developing the digital sales channels strategy, including sales objectives, product assortment, and pricing strategies per channel.
2. Implement digital and promotional plans for B2C and B2B stores.
3. Analyze sales data to identify optimization opportunities, monitor costs, and explore short- and medium-term sales potentials.
4. Monitor KPIs such as ROI, conversion rate, average order value, number of orders, and turnover.
5. Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to align digital activities with marketing plans.
6. Ensure compliance of stores with legal, health, and safety regulations, including product labeling and nutritional information.
7. Enhance UI/UX experience by monitoring and addressing channel-specific needs.
8. Support customer service by automating workflows and providing necessary information for resolving eCommerce issues.
9. Act as the main contact for logistics and third-party services, monitoring inventory levels and implementing corrective actions.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Degree in Economics, Business Management, or Marketing; a Master’s in Digital Marketing is advantageous.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in project management.
4. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, CMS, or similar analytics tools.
5. Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and PIM systems.
6. Ability to analyze financial and business data.
7. Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
