As the Sales Manager, you will play an instrumental role in guiding clients through their laser hair removal journey, creating tailored treatment packages, driving revenue growth, and leading a team to success. This role offers competitive earning potential with a base salary plus uncapped commission. /ppstrongExperience Skills /strong /pulli2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment /liliProven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams /liliExceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities /liliStrategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations /liliAbility to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal /liliComfortable using various computer systems and software /liliHigh school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred /li /ulpstrongPosition Responsibilities /strong /pulliSuccessfully execute established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets /liliManage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention /liliContinuously analyze sales data and KPIs (lead conversion, sold percentage, revenue, etc.) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement /liliDeliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on laser hair removal /liliPromote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions, /liliProactively seek client reviews and referrals /liliUtilize financing options to ensure sales excellence /liliCoach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment /liliFoster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service /liliAssist clients with questions or concerns about treatments /liliDiscretion with confidential information is a must /liliUtilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance. /liliMedical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance within 30 days /liliPaid time off starting immediately /lili7 paid holidays a year /lili401K retirement plan with vested employer match /liliSupportive culture where leadership cares about each and every employee /li /ulpTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
