Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa.**About the role**We currently have an opportunity for a talented Bartender to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy!**What you will do**Reporting into the Wine & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar, competent in ice carving. Responsibilities will also include describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods, communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen, coordinating food timings, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions, closing guest checks, being highly visible in the operation, and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.**What you bring**Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants/bar or restaurant/bar groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset.
