Yacht Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced yacht sales professional to represent leading brands in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in yacht sales, strong knowledge of the luxury marine industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, shipyards, and industry stakeholders.
You will also play a crucial role in coordinating yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations, as well as collaborating with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup. A bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure;
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, shipyards, and key industry stakeholders;
* Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with the most suitable yachts;
* Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
* Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility;
* Stay informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity;
* Attend boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, shipyard or dealership environments;
* Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
* Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Professional, self-motivated, and highly organized;
* Bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license (or a hand-on crew experience) is a plus;
* Based in the EU or UAE with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
