Drive Business Growth
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
Main Responsibilities:
* Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
* Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers
* Improve market share
* Align annual sales target with customers, monitor performance month-over-month
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
* Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
* Support marketing activities and communication, improve brand image
* Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies
* Collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback on front-line information
* Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
* Good understanding of the distribution PV market
* 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
* Experience working for multinational companies, global mindset
* Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
* PV technical background is a plus
* Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude, and team player
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, influence different customer levels from procurement team to C-suite
* Fast learner with street smarts

* Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice
