In order to get closer to its customers and to expand its business, dSPACE is opening an Italian location focused on Sales and Engineering.
To support our new office in Turin, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Developer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze markets, customers, and competitors; identify trends and opportunities
Develop and implement account strategies; position as strategic partner
Manage and grow key accounts, including international and complex structures
Generate and qualify leads; acquire new customers and support existing ones
Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and conclude framework agreements
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets; create reports and KPIs
Represent the full portfolio at customer meetings, events, and conferences
Your Profile
Completed degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
Relevant professional experience in technical sales/account management in the automotive sector
High level of self‐motivation and results orientation, as well as a structured and independent working style
Strong communication skills, customer focus, and confident demeanor
Business‐fluent in Italian and fluent in English
Valid Class B driver's license
