Responsibilities
Assist customers with a wide range of airline‑related queries.
Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels, including phone, social media, chat, and email.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications
Native‑level fluency in Italian, with proficiency in English.
Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
Previous customer care experience.
Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
