Experteer Overview
As a regional sales leader, you will drive growth in olive oil and avocado oil markets by partnering with local sales teams and expanding our market presence. You empower regional distributors to win new lines and upgrades, connecting market insights with our global organization. You will manage strategic plans, pricing and competitive intelligence while delivering technical and commercial value. This role combines hands‑on market development with deep process knowledge to secure Alfa Laval as the first choice for producers.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Coordinate proactive communication with Sienna (Italy) and Cordoba (Spain) business centers
* Build and maintain relationships with regional sales companies
* Drive short- and long‑term business via market relationships and regional plans
* Participate in daily sales projects with cross-functional teams
* Establish and monitor a Regional Business Plan (OI, CGM, MS, NI)
* Collect market and competitor information continuously
* Specialize in Olive Oil and Avocado Oil processes
* Provide input on target and alarm pricing and below-alarm requests
* Identify opportunities, propose process improvements and support product launches
* Provide training and day‑to‑day support; participate in new product/process development
Responsabilità
* Strong technical and commercial interest with experience in olive oil; Spanish or Italian plus English proficiency
* Hands‑on experience is an asset
* Analytical mind with a creative approach
* Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking, honest, positive attitude
* Experience in industrial or agricultural engineering; 5+ years in the Olive Oil segment
