Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products. Achieve sales objectives through market analysis, influencing decision-makers, and driving sales growth. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team and collaborating on marketing strategies. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program, focusing on sales revenue. Support Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within designated regional and vertical markets. Additional Responsibilities include: Consulting with end users, liaising with system integrators, and updating customers with product information. Expanding project pipelines and revenue streams with existing and new customers. Providing weekly reports on sales and project progress. Conducting customer audits, market segmentation, and positioning. Contributing ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events. Focusing on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting. Achieving budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in a sales or business development role, with a track record of achieving targets in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV or similar security technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals independently. Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, especially in IT & Networking. Experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Valid driving license. Location: This is a field-based role, preferably based in Milan or South Italy, involving extensive travel within Italy and possibly outside. J-18808-Ljbffr
