As part of a Finance Transformation Program that includes the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana, MSC Cruises is seeking a qualified professional with SAP FI skills to support the development of a state of the art Finance and Accounting solution. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with the R2R Team (Functional, AMS, Architecture) in defining finance processes. /li liCollect and assess business requirement for finance process evolution. /li liSupport go live and roll out of target end‑to‑end finance processes aligned with SAP standard best‑practice. /li liEnsure functional process integration with company tools in close collaboration with IT, Sales and Procurement stakeholders. /li liReview and maintain comprehensive documentation (blueprints, functional specifications, user manuals, training materials) approved by business owners. /li liReview and validate the technical solution proposed by the development team. /li liDefine the parametrisation standard and naming convention with the development team. /li liPrepare end‑to‑end test plan and perform FIT testing. /li liDefine and contribute to migration from legacy finance systems – Migration Cockpit knowledge is a plus. /li liAssist finance business team in UAT and test monitoring. /li liCollaborate with functional support team to define the Target Operating Model for R2R. /li liProvide support and training to business users on FI processes and integrations. /li liReport progress, issues and risks to the R2R architecture lead. /li liSupport AMS and accounting teams in the closing process. /li liAssess on‑site issues and ensure prompt resolution, escalating when necessary. /li liEnsure functional quality and integrity of the target solution through testing. /li liBuild a sustainable business relationship across finance, IT and other functions. /li liTravel to Geneva, occasionally to other locations during rollout. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li7‑10 years of consulting or SAP S/4 implementation experience mainly on FI‑CO. /li liExperience in cruise, shipping or hospitality industry is a plus. /li liFluent English. /li liExtensive hands‑on SAP experience on S/4 HANA (FI‑CO) with greenfield and rollout projects. /li liKnowledge of SAP set‑up and maintenance for VAT, Sales tax, Fixed Asset, General Ledger, Closing Process, FX revaluation, and accounting treatments. /li liMaster's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent. /li liStrong functional knowledge of finance processes. /li liTeam player, collaborative, curious and enthusiastic. /li liExcellent communication across functions and geographies, conceptual skills and ability to simplify complex requirements. /li liGood organisational and problem‑solving skills. /li /ul h3Visa Requirements /h3 ul liRight to work in Italy. /li /ul h3Commitment /h3 pMSC Cruises is committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces inclusiveness and fosters an environment where every individual feels valued and respected. /p h3Seniority level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job function /h3 pInformation Technology /p h3Industries /h3 pTravel Arrangements /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
