Employerland, on behalf of a global technology and services leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within the general market, with a focus on the Energy sector, which will be a plus. The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO Sector.
What you will be doing:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general market
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage
Client Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
Minimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPO
Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets
Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sector
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level)
