About Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy\'s purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we\'re focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
You'll manage key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards our brands.
Your responsibilities
* Achieving P&L objectives (NR-trade investment, GM) managing categories and client mix, with particular focus on Trade Investment levers
* Providing customer quarterly sales forecast updated using sell-in/out analysis and trends
* Assortment and promotion’s negotiation within assigned customer perimeter
* “Second level” agreements responsibility with assigned customers
* Identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
* Building a strong relation with customer to increase partnership.
The experience we are looking for
* Degree in Economics
* Previous Sell-in experience (at least 2 years) in GDO/Retail sector
* P&L management
* Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English
* Negotiation and influencing skills
* Complexity management
