Sales Enablement Manager Italy
As a Sales Enablement Manager in Italy, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* Your mission will be to introduce innovative payment processes to car dealer groups and other industries, while ensuring seamless customer onboarding and training of operational managers.
* You will identify potential challenges in the onboarding project and work closely with customers and colleagues to resolve them.
* Additionally, you will be responsible for upgrading our solution for existing clients, leveraging your proximity to the customer to continuously improve our product and processes.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, preferably with a proven track record of successful projects.
* A structured and clean approach to work, even in high-pressure situations, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense environments, with excellent verbal and written skills.
* You must be willing to travel to our customers and possess native or bilingual Italian language proficiency, as well as confident business English skills.
* Experience in the automotive or software industry is a plus, but not required.
