Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with teams to generate demand, and convert leads.
* Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide feedback, and lead and mentor sales staff.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology fields such as power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex situations.
* Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
* Proficiency in English, with additional languages a plus; ability to communicate with foreign clients.
* Willingness to travel abroad; overseas work experience preferred.
