TXT E-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Aerospace & Defence Business Unit.

Responsibilities
* Involved in software component development and collaboration with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required technical skills
* Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements
* Development of software modules in C++ on Linux operating systems; alternatively, strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles is required
* Knowledge of Python
* Experience with XML for configuration and data exchange
* Familiarity with Model-Driven Development (MDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
* Ability to integrate different software modules
Optional technical skills
* Knowledge of the ADA programming language
* Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, VirtualBox, or similar)
* Familiarity with IBM software engineering toolchain (DOORS, Rhapsody, RQM, etc.)
* Understanding and development of multithreaded applications, with attention to synchronization, resource management, and performance
Education
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
Work location
* Activities will take place at the Client site in Rome
