Responsibilities
* Strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships.
* The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the region’s growth and success.
Qualifications
* Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Italian.
* Extensive travel across Southern Italy is required; a valid driving license is essential.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
* Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is desirable.
* Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting is advantageous.
