About the Role:
We're looking for a relationship-driven Channel Account Manager to join our growing team and lead our partner ecosystem across Italy and Iberia.
In this role, you'll build strong, strategic partnerships with resellers, enable partner sales teams, and drive new business through collaboration and joint planning. This is a field-focused position combining strategic thinking with hands-on partnership engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organizations
* Develop joint business plans with new and existing reseller partners to expand adoption of Pentera solutions
* Drive partner-sourced revenue and support new customer acquisition
* Enable and train partners on Pentera's solutions and best practices
* Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to support and close opportunities
* Represent Pentera at partner and industry events across the region
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Channel Manager within a cybersecurity vendor in Italy and/or Iberia
* Experience working with large VARs and resellers in the region
* Track record of growing partner-driven business
* Strong understanding of channel and distribution models
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading joint planning
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40%)
