Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join the Woolrich Sales Operations team. The role will support business analysis and reporting activities, providing insights and performance analysis to top management in an international fashion and retail environment.
The Sales Analyst will play a key role in transforming sales data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making, with a strong focus also on profitability analysis and commercial performance optimization.
The role reports directly to the Sales Operations function and supports top management through structured reporting and analysis.

Key Responsabilities

• Analyze sales performance across channels, markets, and product categories
• Perform profitability analysis by customer, product category, channel, and market to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for top management
• Support Sales Operations with recurring and ad hoc business analysis
• Monitor sales KPIs and contribute to forecasting activities
• Identify trends, risks, business opportunities, and margin improvement areas
• Collaborate with sales, finance, merchandising, and marketing teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of sales data
• Support budgeting and commercial planning processes
• Contribute to process optimization and reporting automation initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Around 3 years of experience in sales analysis, reporting, business analysis, or similar analytical roles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Precision, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good professional English (written and spoken)
• Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors will be considered a plus
• Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization tools
• Understanding of commercial KPIs, profitability analysis, and sales performance metrics
