Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. Deliver offers and quotes to current and potential customers. Report to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: Define sales strategies for various products. Gather information for sale contracts. Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Identify new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds. Negotiate sales terms with management approval. Manage customer rates and records. Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes. Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes. Serve as an interface between customers and various company departments. Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management and sales meetings. Your profile: Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of company's technical capabilities and product advantages. Experience in plastics industry and processing, especially injection moulding, with successful account management. Analytical skills and adaptability to market changes.
