Job Description
Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet.
As part of the global presales team, you will be involved in achieving sales targets, account management, penetrating new markets, and acquiring new customers.
You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the accounts, including product presentations, upselling new features and technologies, creating technical solution descriptions, proposals, scopes of work, and leading RFx responses.
Requirements
* BSc in a technical field
* 3-5 years of experience in presales within the Mobile Telecom industry
* Proven experience leading RFPs
* Experience working for a software product company
* Telecom network background is essential
* Knowledge of mobile data, IP, and deep telecommunications expertise
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
* Dynamic personality with business acumen and motivation, team player
* Excellent presentation skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to travel extensively
Responsibilities
1. Support sales processes technically and commercially, including initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities
2. Product introduction, demonstration, and presentation – prepare, present, and demonstrate
3. Solution engineering – understand customer needs, create upsells and new opportunities, and translate customer requirements into solutions
4. Manage RFX responses – write solution sections, ensure coherence, defend responses, and coordinate with R&D, product teams, customers, and partners
5. Provide detailed specifications and scopes of work for customer requests and new requirements
6. Manage sales of trials and PoCs – define scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones; coordinate logistics and resources with HQ
7. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
8. Attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences as required
9. Gather information on customer requirements, technical environment changes, and competitive situations to enable new sales opportunities
