Ph3Job Overview /h3pWe are looking for an Aftersales Area Manager based at South Italy (Campania, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria or Sicily) support dealer in implementing OmodaJaecoo standards and procedures, develop the turnover of spare parts and accessories by applying the commercial policies and ensure the resolution of technical problems and more generally Customer Satisfaction /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the first intermediary in the relationship between the Importer and Dealers with regard to after-sales aspects. /liliSupport the Dealer in resolving any problems (technical, spare parts, warranty) present in the dealership. /liliEnsure that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference area set by the importer are achieved. /liliPeriodically visit the dealers in the area of competence. Planning the after-sales commercial strategy with the Dealer. /liliPromote products / commercial campaigns launched by the headquarters (spare parts, accessories, etc.). /liliMonitoring and management of Customer Satisfaction in the reference area. /liliCheck warranty complaints and the compilation of workshop orders. /liliEnsure that the dealership complies with the standards set by the Brand. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 3 year- experience as Aftersales Area Manager or similar role. /liliGood knowledge of the Automotive sector and in particular of the territory entrusted. /liliGood knowledge of the after-sales sector in the commercial field. /liliGood ability to relate and negotiate with customers and dealers. /liliAbility to manage an Action Plan, also providing operational support.
