We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Store Manager who is passionate about luxury fashion and ready to take ownership of a new store launch. This role blends team leadership, client engagement, operational excellence, and a digital-savvy approach to retail management.
What you’ll do:
Build and lead a motivated and performance-driven team.
Drive sales, manage and deliver excellent client experience.
Oversee daily operations, in charge of inventory control and VM.
Develops action plans to achieve business objectives.
Recruit, onboard and develop new talents to support the store’s performance.
Report to the SVP of PORTS ITALIA.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the store reflects the Ports 1961 image and values at all times.
What we’re looking for:
5 to 7 years of experience as Store Manager, preferably in luxury fashion.
Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
Sales-driven mindset, with a solid track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of retail operations and customer journey optimization.
Highly passionate about fashion with a strong products sense.
Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
Digitally fluent: confident using retail tech tools, KPIs dashboards and CRM platforms.
Proactive, hands-on and passionate about the customer’s experience.
