Position: Export Area Manager
Location: Pierantonio (PG), Italy – with frequent international travel
Reports to: Commercial Director
Languages required: English + one additional foreign language

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Export Area Manager to strengthen our international presence by managing existing customers and developing new business opportunities in assigned foreign markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand the customer portfolio in assigned international areas.
* Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, price lists and tailored commercial proposals.
* Monitor sales trends, profitability and relevant KPIs.
* Conduct regular visits to customers, distributors and key business partners.
* Coordinate closely with Export Back Office and internal departments (logistics, planning, quality, marketing).
* Participate in international trade fairs.
Requirements:
* Excellent command of English.
* Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
* 2–3 years of experience in export/sales roles, ideally within the food or FMCG sector.
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
* Availability for frequent international travel.
Compensation:
* Salary package (RAL) based on candidate's experience and professional profile.
