Business Marketing Analyst: JOB MISSION The mission of this role will be to be accountable for the development and maintenance of data analytics and reporting in support of the Global Marketing team and liaising with Finance and Demand-Planner, embracing the sustainability standards of the company. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data reporting thru regular, accurate, intelligible and shareable KPIs reports (ie SKUs, sales, cogs, pricing); Modeling and projections, working on existing data applied to hypothesis (ie Value Calendar); Analyze reports on Market trends, consumer insight and Social media intelligence; Collect Competitors’ information and Competitors’ knowledge (ie pricing, assortment, innovation); Ad-hoc analysis including the creation of specific documents and presentations (ie Deep-dives on past initiatives, value analysis); Manage a high volume of sell-in, sell-out, consumer & market data, using multiple tools and sources and elaborating them in factual insights to help the business take informed decisions. PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS 1 years previous experience in similar roles; Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics or Business Data; Curiosity to investigate trends and performance in depth and the focus to deliver highly accurate deliverables; Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to present information to all levels of the organization; Data lover, with strong analytical skills and thinking; Strong Excel and Powerpoint proficiency is required; Fluent in English.
