Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand the key client portfolio in the HoReCa sector.
* Define and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Negotiate contracts, commercial terms and framework agreements.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Monitor sales KPIs, client performance and market trends.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa product portfolio.
* Support the Area Manager network and coordinate with internal functions (logistics, product data, pricing etc).
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing or related fields.
* 35 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally as Key Account Manager or Area Manager in the HoReCa sector.
* Strong knowledge of the HoReCa market and major operators.
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management and client-handling skills.
* Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across functions.
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with sales analysis and reporting tools.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Availability to travel and to attend industry trade fairs.
