We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to spearhead this market entry, build the local footprint from scratch, and drive B2B growth.
This is a 100% full-remote role with nationwide coverage, offering total autonomy to shape the business in Italy while collaborating with a dynamic international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Entry: Design and execute the commercial strategy to introduce our premium, sustainable manufacturing capabilities to Italian beauty brands.
- Pipeline Growth: Prospect, negotiate, and secure high-value B2B contracts with indie brands, established cosmetics labels, and private label retailers.
- Client Advisory: Partner closely with clients to co-create custom, eco-friendly makeup lines, leveraging our cutting-edge R&D; and certified bio-formulas.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary country representative, reporting directly to the Sales Director based in London.
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the cosmetics/beauty sector, specifically within contract manufacturing (OEM/ODM) or B2B raw materials.
- Active Network: An established portfolio of contacts among Italian makeup brands, decision-makers, and corporate buyers.
- Green Mindset: Deep understanding of sustainable beauty trends, bio-certifications, and eco-packaging solutions.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Italian and English for seamless collaboration with London and global hubs.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter attitude, comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, startup-style remote environment.
