Learn more at /p pIn this position, you will drive profitable growth across a specific Area in Italy by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring strong cross‑functional coordination to deliver value and execution excellence for customers. /p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 ul liOwn territory execution across an Area in Italy, including account planning, customer coverage (direct, POS customers distribution network), pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships (with our direct, POS customers distribution network) with customer stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership). /li liIdentify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue. /li liDrive commercial discussions with our direct or POS customers (working via our distribution network) and ensure disciplined follow‑up and execution. /li liProvide market customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional resources and, if needed, align with the Sales Team (Distribution Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development, Customer Experience, Inside Sales) and relevant internal partners (Marketing, Quality, Logistic, Legal…) to deliver on customer needs. /li liPlan and coordinate activities within assigned local projects/workstreams, together with involved management and stakeholders. /li liTrack milestones, evaluate progress, and support final acceptance of deliverables where applicable. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring Along /h3 ul liProven B2B sales / account management experience, ideally in electronic components, semiconductors, or a comparable technical/industrial environment. /li liStrong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. /li liStructured, proactive, customer‑oriented approach; hands‑on mentality and high accountability. /li liStrong communication skills in English; Italian fluency is expected. /li liWillingness to travel mainly within Italy. /li liGood knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business software (MS Office). /li /ul h3What Can We Offer You For Your Talent /h3 pVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
