Exero, part of ALSO Group, is an innovative retail services company with a proprietary Category Management Platform. We are looking for a key figure combining business development with direct product impact, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
Drive business expansion across European markets
Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
Build relationships with retailers, vendors, and resellers
Grow and manage existing clients
Develop strategic partnerships
Collaborate with ALSO Group entities to develop retail services business
Gather market and client insights
Work with product team to evolve the platform
Translate business needs into product inputs
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
Strong relationship management skills (farming)
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
Ability to operate across business and product
Excellent communication and negotiation xrdztoy skills
Fluent in Italian and English
Location & Setup
Willingness to travel across Europe
