What are we looking for?
Previous experience in the restaurant sector or similar fields
Experience in leading and coordinating teams
Flexibility in working hours
Passion for customer service; we take the customer experience seriously
Dynamism and versatility
Ability to manage software and tools
Ability to read and analyze the store's income statement
Residence near the workplace or mobility across the territory
What would your responsibilities be?
Managing the store's income statement
Preparing and supervising work shifts
Monitoring KPIs and store data
Planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations
Coordinating and supervising staff
Managing and organizing training for new staff
Managing stock, placing orders, inventories
Ensuring quality and food safety standards
Assisting and reporting during audits (internal and external)
Controlling and coordinating elements related to ORP and maintenance
