Chef de Rang / Supervisor
to join our Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, building strong working relationships while ensuring excellent customer service. With a natural flair for lifestyle hospitality and strong communication skills, the Chef de Rang works closely with outlet colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Seat, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests according to established sequence and procedures Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverage, and service Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service throughout operations Be fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros system Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu, and the ability to recommend combinations and upsell alternatives
Guest Experience & Service
Provide a welcoming and professional service to guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner Support special events and high-volume service periods Ensure compliance with service and hygiene standards at all times Promote a guest-focused and service-driven culture within the outlet
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment High standards of personal presentation and grooming Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and objectivity Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset Fluent in Italian and English
