Product Manager Skincare Italy About Shiseido Shiseido is the Skincare Leader in Italy, a globally renowned beauty brand with over 150 years of heritage, rooted in Japanese tradition and driven by cutting-edge science and innovation. Today, we are looking for a true talent to join our Marketing Team and actively shape the future growth of our skincare business in Italy. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Operational Strategy and Vision: o Locally develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, according to marketing plan. o Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. o Monitor constantly the A&P; mix and adjust if necessary (at LE budget meetings) taking into account guidelines, local needs and sell-out targets. 2. Product Development: o Collaborate with the other functions of marketing and sales team to implement product launch and consolidation, as well as to develop and implement all necessary actions to meet business targets o Forecast of launches/animations in cooperation with commercial team and forecast of all posm materials in line with marketing plan o Provide qualitative feedback pre / post launches 3. Go-to-Market Planning: o Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies. o Ensure successful product launches and monitor product performance. o Monitor and update stock/quotas of promos, testers and the POSM in order to avoid/reduce risk of FNC each year 4. Stakeholder Management: o Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. o Communicate product updates and changes to relevant parties and during the periodic affiliate meetings. o Organize marketing presentation and documents for sales force meetings 5. Performance Analysis: o Analyze product performance metrics and consumer feedback. xpavfwm o Make data-driven decisions to improve and maximize brand performance o Monitor sell-out sales performance (weekly and monthly) Who You Are • At least 5 years of experience in a similar Product Management role within a multinational beauty company (premium/luxury preferred) • Strong analytical mindset and excellent command of Excel • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit • Results-driven and target-oriented • Consumer-obsessed • Confident communicator with strong personal standing • Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders (fluent English required) • Digitally savvy • Highly organized, autonomous and precise Beyond experience, we are looking for someone who is: Passionate about beauty Truly "skincare obsessed" Curious, ambitious and eager to grow In love with Shiseido brand.
