Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain the portfolio for the HOFFMAN climate control, industrial or commercial products globally. /liliWork cross‑functionally to drive product improvements, support product development, and own the product portfolio. /liliProvide technical product support and expertise to customers, sales teams, and field technicians. /liliMaintain product data integrity, provide training and technical advice, support sales efforts by understanding HVAC product applications, features, and solutions. /liliAssist with product life‑cycle activities from ideation to obsolescence. /liliFoster cross‑functional activities to improve overall performance including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and delivery. /liliLead new‑product setup process: item creation, data validation, and system proliferation. /liliSupport marketing aspects of product definition, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans. /liliProvide ongoing product support and guidance to supply, quality, and production organizations. /liliServe as subject‑matter authority for assigned product lines for internal and external audiences. /liliMaintain accurate product data and ensure proper product usage. /liliConduct market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence; provide recommendations for existing products, new technologies, and emerging markets. /liliCoordinate and assess competitive products and programs; communicate key findings and conclusions to key partners. /liliProvide consulting on product applications and upgrades to improve customer satisfaction. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering or Management Engineering. /lili2+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management. /liliAbility to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally. /liliKnowledge of industrial sales channels, including distribution and manufacturer’s reps. /liliProficiency with Microsoft applications, ERPs and other technical software. /liliExperience with industrial manufacturing or exposure to automation and/or automotive markets preferred. /liliUnderstanding of basic product management processes. /liliValidated mechanical proficiency. /liliExcellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong active listening skills. /liliAbility to analyze, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from data and financial models. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li /ulh3Compensation and Benefits /h3pbAnnual Gross Compensation Range: /b EUR40,000–48,000.
