Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our boutique located in Piazza di Spagna, Rome.
As a Sales Manager, you will act as a true Brand Ambassador, leading by example on the sales floor and ensuring that every client receives an exceptional and memorable experience. You will play a key role in driving business performance, developing the team, and upholding the brand’s values, standards, and service excellence.
Your Contribution
Partner closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed the boutique’s sales budget and business objectives.
Drive a client-centric culture by consistently delivering an outstanding and elevated customer experience.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, acting with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Coordinate and oversee Front of House and Back of House activities in alignment with store guidelines and operational standards.
Act as a role model for the sales team, inspiring excellence in service, sales performance, and brand representation.
Take responsibility for the Mentoring Program, supporting the onboarding, training, and development of the team in line with company training guidelines.
Monitor key performance indicators and support the implementation of strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Team
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail, with proven exposure to a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Client Ceremony and its application to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and in-store presentation standards.
Experience with stock management, inventory control, and product flow optimization.
Familiarity with CRM tools, methods, and procedures to support client development and loyalty.
Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and performance indicators.
A strong commercial mindset combined with a results-driven approach.
Ability to foster teamwork, motivate others, and support the professional growth of team members.
