Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow in B2B sales? Join our expanding team and develop a dual role that combines Inside Sales excellence with progressive involvement in Business Development activities in the dynamic IT solutions industry.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Junior Business Developer to join our Rome-based team. You will initially focus on lead generation and qualification, but in a short time, you’ll gradually take on selected customer-facing responsibilities while continuing to play a key role in inside sales operations.
Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Participate in the design of tailored IT solutions with support from pre-sales and technical teams.
Assist in the preparation of commercial offers and sales negotiations.
Combine daily lead generation activities with client development efforts.
Travel within the territory and to the headquarters is required. Ideal candidates will have some prior experience selling IT services.
Knowledge, with a consultative selling approach, in one, or more, IT domains as:

~ Cloud and DevOps
~Able to cope with a wide range of IT technologies;
~ Passionate in IT technologies and Innovation;
~ A good network of relationship with end customers will be a plus.
