With a strong focus on innovation and sustainable resource management, we are looking for a Global IT Infrastructure Specialist.
The candidate will provide technical support and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including end-user computing environments, applications, collaboration platforms, and networks. They will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, plan and implement new services, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality support for a global workforce.
Responsibilities
1. Provide Tier 3 / VIP support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.
2. Support collaboration tools (video conferencing, messaging) and manage related company-wide online events.
3. Build, maintain, and deploy end-user operating system images (Windows, macOS, Linux).
4. Create tools, scripts, and automation to improve IT service efficiency and reliability.
5. Manage endpoint services (e.G., JAMF, Intune) and mobile device management (MDM/MAM) platforms.
6. Develop user documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, procedures, and knowledge bases.
7. Provide architectural, engineering, and operational support for SaaS and enterprise IT systems.
8. Foster close collaboration with internal IT and external service providers.
9. Lead and execute IT projects with a strong focus on detail and high-quality delivery.
10. Use metrics to drive performance analysis and operational efficiency improvements.
11. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other IT team members.
