Job responsibilities:
The Sales Manager HVAC will be part of the Sales Team and report to the Sales Director Electronic EU. He/She/They will be responsible for her/his assigned area by developing and keeping market shares complying with the company’s targets working closely with the European compression Sales Team .
Responsibilities:
1. Move autonomously and independently in contacting and organizing visits to customers and prospects;
2. Define and execute a sales plan for your designated territory to achieve quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities;
3. Be a product/solution expert and regularly perform demos to actuals and prospective customers;
4. Co-sell with other BU teams and strategize with channel partners/VARs and System Integrators;
5. Monitor and maintain customer knowledge on existing product portfolio and assure information flow on new products;
6. Understand and navigate customer buying procedures and potential roadblocks;
7. Interacting with customers and building trusted relationship: presenting the products along with collaborating in preparing tenders, proposals and quotations;
8. Maintain continuous interaction with Marketing and Operations to support new products lunch and during the entire product life cycle contributing to maintaining an excellent level of service;
9. Participating and contributing to regular KPI analysis and sales performance review;
10. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
11. Accurately forecast bookings on a quarterly basis and be disciplined in logging opportunity details in Salesforce;
12. Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and other internal teams to achieve both individual and company goals;
13. Be aware and stay updated on Trade Compliance requirements;
14. Available to frequent traveling (up to % of time) mainly in Europe;
15. Experience of working in a matrix organization.
Required qualifications and experience:
16. Previous experience in the HVAC market in Sales/Technical/Application/Service roles;
17. Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent;
18. Requested fluency in English, both written and spoken;
19. Strong Customer Focus and results oriented;
20. communicates effectively developing and delivering multi-mode communications to stakeholders inside and outside the organization;
21. Technical background and passionate for innovative solution helping to decarbonize the world;
22. Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks;
