Role overview

As a E-Commerce Intern, you will gain a comprehensive 360-degree view of our global e-commerce business.

This pivotal role acts as a cross-functional link between our four core E-Com pillars: Buying, Trading, Marketplaces, and Site Operations, while partnering closely with Marketing, IT, and Content Production.

As part of a multi-region team across Milan, London, and Shanghai, you will operate at the intersection of fashion and technology. You will contribute directly to Stella McCartney’s growth, supporting our digital evolution across a worldwide footprint.



Your Mission

* Support buying in curating seasonal ranges and managing stock flow across all digital channels to ensure optimal product availability

* Ensure onsite excellence by overseeing catalog accuracy, executing visual merchandising strategies, and performing site testing

* Monitor key digital KPIs (Conversion rate, AOV, and traffic) to provide a clear picture of daily business health

* Aggregate sales data into actionable weekly reports, identifying top-performing categories and providing strategic visibility on slow-moving inventory

* Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and marketplace audits to capture emerging trends and identify new commercial opportunities

* Partner with the Site Ops team to support onsite enhancement releases, commercial campaigns set up and upcoming projects



Your Talent



* Analytical mindset with a intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

* Proficiency in English (is essential), knowledge of a second language is a plus

* Fast learning and solution-oriented attitude

* Cultural curiosity, with willingness to understand consumers trends and behaviours across geographies

* Any knowledge of eCom platforms and/or digital analytics tools will be considered as a plus
