You will be responsible for the roadmap and delivery of the features needed to fulfil customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders from design, marketing, and business to ensure successful product development and launch. You will refine priorities and lead execution to achieve the desired outcomes. /p h3bKey responsibilities /b /h3 ul liEffective communication with business stakeholders, responsiveness and proactivity in escalation management /li liLeadership of external teams, effective communication of priorities and monitoring of the results delivered /li liStrong experience in e‑commerce solutions (Adobe Commerce / AEM) and digital properties in general, using web technologies, project management and ticketing systems solutions (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) /li liAligning priorities with Business /li liCoordinating Product Owners activities /li liManaging comprehensive planning /li liCoordinating planning and actions of ICT and business stakeholders involved in the management of the solution, with a focus on end‑to‑end processes impacted by the solution /li liManaging resources of suppliers (System integrators, PMs and POs) with available budget as well as providing forecast of costs for all activities planned /li liManaging Purchase Requests lifecycle ensuring all suppliers get orders and invoicing on time to start and complete activities agreed with business, interacting with ICT PMOs and Purchasing department /li liProperly follow Stellantis processes for applications management including Security and Compliance /li liManage a development team, encouraging team spirit and ensuring everyone collaborates effectively to meet the team's mission. /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liExperience in product management and agile methodologies /li liStrong customer‑obsessed attitude /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and lead cross‑functional teams /li liResults‑driven and self‑motivated /li liWritten and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to collaborate, build relationships and influence peopleStrong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing resource demands /li liGood interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization /li liStrong Knowledge in Web Development background /li liExperience in Content Management Solutions, primarily Adobe AEM /li liStrong Knowledge of Software and Content Development life cycles /li liExperience with Digital Asset Management systems integrations /li liExperience with Customer Relationship Management systems integrations /li liEducation: Master of Computer Science / Applications / Management (or equivalent) /li liRequired languages: Italian (fluent) and English (B2 or above) /li /ul pMinimum level of experience required /p p3 to 5 years /p pLanguages /p pItalian (fluent) and English (B2 or above) /p h3bOrganization /b /h3 pJoining us means joining a global company.
