Job Title: Regional Sales Director The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Middle East, Africa, and other key markets. They will lead a team of sales professionals and develop strategic plans to increase market share and expand our presence in these regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets; Lead andmanage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans; Analyze markettrends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market; BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE GROWTH; Identifynew business opportunities and provide support to customers to capitalize on their growth potential; Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and provide regular reports to senior leadership; Enhance sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness; Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry developments related to biocidal and agricultural markets in the region; Represent the company at international trade shows and meetings within the region. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Agriculture, Biology, or related fields; At least5 years of experience in international sales, with expertise in markets such as Middle East, Africa, and Iran; Strong knowledge of PPM and HHI markets is an advantage; Experience in the chemical industry is a plus; Proficiency inEnglish is required; knowledge of additionallanguages (Arabic, French, or other regional languages) is a plus; Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, manage large accounts, and negotiate high-value contracts; Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on achieving growth targets and increasing market share; Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills; Willingness totravel extensively within the region (up to 50% of the time); Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements for biocidal products and pesticides is a plus.
