Programme Structure
80 hours of course from 09/12/2025 to 22/12/2025 at Romeo Auto di Ponte felcino (PG).
Front-line lessons and passive support
Full-time schedule Monday to Saturday 9:*****:00 and 15:*****:00
Insertion into company at end of course with a 6-month temporary staffing contract
Location: Ponte felcino (PG)
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for the automotive sector
Motivation to adopt a consultative customer-facing role
Strong communication, teamwork, commercial and negotiation skills
Immediate availability for training
Preference for experience interacting with the public (e.g., hospitality or sales assistant)
Offer Post-on-boarding
Resources will be hired at the end of the course with a 6-month temporary contract to consolidate sales skills and enable a potential permanent position with Romeo Auto.
