Receiving, handling, and converting F&B group enquiries.
Planning events in conjunction with the client.
Presenting and selling available and suitable banquet/event options to the highest possible standard.
Contacting Meeting Planners by mail, telephone, customer outings, and site inspections. Ensuring the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
Negotiating space, dates, and rates to obtain booking goals.
Assisting in the development and solicitation of banquet and event package plans aimed at conference business and encouraging repeat business.
Ensuring all inquiries are recorded accurately on the Banqueting List.
Languages: Italian & English.
Experience: Past experience with hotels in similar roles.
Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato.
